mars2kids's Journal, 24 Mar 15

It's going to be a busy day today. Work, then off to the doctor with my aunt (luckily only 45 mins away instead of 2.5 hours), a meeting for my daughter's DC trip, and chopping/freezing some veggies. We'll see if I get a workout in. If not I'll consider it a rest day and get back to it tomorrow. I did get a run/walk in last night and it was good, but my knees didn't like it. We've had some rain coming through so I think that's why they're acting up.

I ate okay yesterday, but at the end of the day there was a brownie. Sigh, luckily it was a small one, but it was still a brownie. I did well all day otherwise, so I'm not going to let it get me down. Today I have mostly planned out and it's going to be a high carb day, but hopefully I can stay within my RDI and still get some servings of fruits and veggies. Today is going to be all about fitting everything in to the day and not stress eating.

Have a great day!!

Great - love hearing that you have a plan for yourself! Remember if you do well 80% of the day, you still win on the healthy eating chart!
