Wow, I hadn't realized it was so long since I weighed in with fatsecret. I've been working on weight watchers still. I don't follow the program as much as I should - i.e. I don't track, but I do try to see what I am doing right. I am starting to move down again and that means I need to get moving so I can get going. I owe it to myself to add this movement in - lets plan for walking 3x next week and go from there.
