I am recommiting to my goals. I am going back to the You on a diet type eating which is what worked best for me in the past. I will eat healthy types of foods and begin an exercise plan. Looked at som pictures take of me in the last few years I remember what i want to get back to.

good for you for recommiting! eating healthy and exercise are the best thing you can do for yourself, and if it worked before go for it. i keep my thin pic posted so i see it every day i log on and it really motivates me. good luck!
