how much water are you drinking a day? I've been doing 85oz for a few months. I used to do the gallon a day though. What changes are you seeing with more water besides increased restroom visits lol

I have been drinking 150 oz per day for over a year. I read somewhere that you should drink half your body weight in ounces of water...... well, I was over 300 ponds at the time, so that's where I started. I have kept that number even as I lose weight. I do have to use the restroom quite often! 😂😂! I believe it has helped me to lose weight and I know it helps with digestion... (is that a delicate way of putting it)
