I assume the above member meant that, restrictive eating is not a sustainable and healthy way to lose weight. Your body doesnt get enough nutrients and stays in a state of hunger which gives rise to binge eating. You will put all the weight you lose right back on.
It would be wise to stay within your calorific goal but eat foods that are whole and healthy but also filling. You can even add a a little treat within your calorie range. Its about fueling your body and balance. obviously healthy options prevail. goodluck. xx

Zurinasamodien ... indeed. Very wise advice. Was just thinking it's not very much and would make me feel very deprived. You could eat at least half a cucumber to help you feel like you have eaten more and to help feel full without adding too many calories
