It's a range, everyone carries weight differently ;)
My husband brought to my attention that my goal should be at the higher end, due to my hourglass figure ;)

They do not account for someone who had muscle - which we know weight more than fat, right? You could weigh higher but actually look smaller and wear smaller clothes.

I find it interesting that no one really agrees what specific number is best. I think it is so important to get to where I feel fit and healthy. Having said this, I was happy to see that my goal weight was among the numbers calculated.

I agree. How crazy confusing is all that? I always loved the ranges too. 101 to 136 that a lot of range!
