Oh dear, I’m a bit surprised by this much of an increase. Just this week I started wearing my size 10 pants (bit tight 😅) because my size 12s are too baggy. It’s not muscle gain though, my fitness protocol has been practically nonexistent since school started.
75.2 kg Lost so far: 4.6 kg.    Still to go: 4.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
