Trying to change my starting weight since I gained weight and started over last Monday...Think I may have messed something up lol. Anyhow I've been sticking to my guns and have gone from 167 on Monday to 162 today with healthy eating, low carb high veggie, and exercise! I doubt I'll keep losing at this rate but I've never had this much beginning success before!
73.5 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Definitely slowed, but I'm feeling good and positive. As soon as I hit 159 I'll be jumping up and down for joy! Maybe next week...

That is encouraging. I too would like to know how to change starting weight. I don't want it to look like I gained 13lbs because I guestimated when I signed up here!
