So today I have woke up feeling fabulous!!!!! Still sore but f@#king fabulous!! This protein has been helping my weekly binges.. They don't happen anymore.. Haven't even craved anything :-0!! so thank you to the two that recommended I have it.... Hope everyone has a brilliant day :D xx
