The best part is that it just melted off; I haven't really worked out at all because of my ankle (which survived a night of dancing yesterday, so I think I might attempt a 5 minute treadmill run today to see how it reacts). I still shed 2 lbs in 2 days!

Maybe not for a couple days, though. Tonight my parents and I (without my brother, aww) are doing our Father's Day dinner and it's going to be at a new BBQ joint my dad has been OBSESSED with even though he's never been there. While it's my "Spike" Day I'm gonna eat it up, but I'm gonna try to be good. I'll cut out the bread. I'll eat lots of pulled pork, potatoes and veggies (and maybe dessert!) but I'm going to avoid the bread.
