Bravo!! As far as plateaus go, they are tough. A day of a higher intake will usually do the trick. For me, I have to really watch calories, and stay in the 1200-1400 cal range, or I will not lose. (As well as avoiding the bad carbs, sugar, etc.) Keep up the great work!

Exercise is a good thing! You will FEEL great when you exercise. Define the goal as the daily - or regular - activity - INSTEAD of the weight loss and you will do fine.

Oh! I forgot to ditto the fact that eating will help you lose since digesting healthy food activates metabolism! Keep the faith!

Fantastic! I really think exercise is the key to it all... along with everything else, I think it is the binder that makes it all work! You are doing so good - I just might want to jump on with you in this pledge! I have been doing 5 days a week right now. How much do you exercise each day? What are you doing? Keep up the good work! :o)

Hello and thanks to everyone! Thanks for the tips too! I was staying below 1000 calories mainly because I was filling up on water. Since I was watching what I ate and exercising, something was wrong so I kicked up the calories. As far as my exercise, I swim/water aerobics/stetches in water mostly. I like to get in 20 -30 minutes in the morning and at least an hour in the evening contingent on thunderstorms. My husband says I'm getting obsessed. :) We live in FL so we have our share of storms. I started the water exercise due to my tendonitis in my left foot. My foot doesn't always cooperate when I want to walk or jump on my Wii Fit. :)
I wish everyone the best! We can do it FatSecret!!

Thank you for your kind words on my journal today (Thursday). My journals are way too long and - maybe - too personal. Sometimes I like to read back through what I have written to view the overall "journey." Hindsight clarifies so much! Love ya!
