Maybe this is as low as I can go... 155 to 156 lbs. If all that excess skin I grew over the years isn't going anywhere, and if skin is the body's heaviest organ, then I may have to call this my goal weight and let it go. I think I'll make a doctor's appt for October, that's a year from my last one, and just get a current health status compared to where I was a year ago when I weighed in the 170s. If all my stats are great, then I'm just going to be in permanent maintenance. The 2 things I could improve on still are portion control (I ate 29 cherries yesterday, gah!) and more exercise. I was thinking about revisiting my old tai chi grandmaster to see if he would allow me to pay for single visits rather than the annual deal.
