24. I think that spring is pushing through...maybe...still in the 30's. I had lost faith. I was bracing for perpetual winter, like in the Groundhog Day movie..:-)
Happy week-end, friends!
Listened to Dr. Northrup's presentation yesterday on PBS. Bottom line: you sit down a lot and eat sugars,,, you will die much faster ....Very entertaining, smart and inspiring woman. The presentation was "goddesses never age" kind of theme. :-)

LOL ..I know what you mean about perpetual winter - was feeling the same but things are changing now! I plan to spend some time today taking in some lifestyle / eating info. Have a great day!

I love Dr. Northrup - I first read her book on menopause and was really informative.

Me too. I love her too :-) Very motivational, inspiring woman. The recent presentation was great! The sell it for fundraising (of course) on PBS, but coupled with many other things by her. She is very Atkins-like in her philosophy, only with an extra twist on women. I like that she is very direct about getting you to exercise. That is one of her main themes.

Clearly I need to check out Dr. Northrup. I am currently reading a lot of Dr. Fung's stuff on intermittent fasting because I remembered that part of my success when I was in the throes of my low carb obsession was Intermittent Fasting. I want to get back to that again.
