End of day report! So i knew all day that i was going to a friends birthday tonight and I am quite proud if my reallocating of calories and fats throughout the day to account for cupcakes! A little less sweetener in my coffee here and lower calorie snack during the day made all the difference and it made the cupcakes so much better knowing it feel within my means 💜
