Ate very well and kept calories to 1162. The highlight of the day was my exercise. Morning workout was Rowing Stairmaster and Weights. Evening was 7KM run followed by an hour of tough squash..Was very tired at end!! Ate nothing after the squash and run evening. The type of hunger was even deeper then during the 8 Day water fast….Because of the days Calorie blasting exercise!! Onward and upward…….
