very solid exercise. Stairmaster Rowing Eliptical….and some weights. I love watching all the Perdsonal Trainers at the gym taking their client to the Weights…I call it HOW TO KEEP YOUR CLIENTS FOREVER…but if you want real results get your Cardio in. Why are they not on Cardio…CAUSE IT IS SOOOOO DAM HARD!!! Onwards and upwards.
