You are doing well - I see you are doing Atkins...your food diary looks like low fat and low carb...am I seeing that correctly? I learned that the protein our body does not use gets metabolized by the liver to glucose - which is basically carbs so you may want to watch the protein and up the healthy fats whle doing low carbs. I still think 3 pounds a week is awesome though - just making suggestions to help you get off the stall. Good luck!
