mortified 😬😬. Holidays eh!! I have never walked so much in my life . Did at least 3or4 miles everyday at least, bodyboarding 3 times in the sea , yet obviously not enough to cover the fish n chips , ice cream and chocolate. Didn't drink alcohol so that's a plus . Back at it today , hoping for a definite loss at the end of the week. I think most of the weight gain is inflammation tbh cos my clothes still fit fine I just feel bloated. 🙃

Hi Cathyorkshirelass, you've been busy enjoying your holiday and food, nevermind life is worth living when you enjoy it to that degree. You have a while before Christmas to remove some weight. Thanks merry Mel, your right . Had a great time and I know I can get the weight back down 🤞🤞. Enjoying my 2nd week off work now so gonna get some exercise in and be good ....... until Xmas 😁
