I love rusks. At 296 calories, these two little bricks of wheat and bran are a complete waste of calories, especially at the start of the day. But I do love two rusks and a cup of coffee in the morning! Only two left in the jar. Must not buy more!

I am addicted to the ouma yum yum peanut butter rusks, had to stop buying them for my kids, the temptation just became too much for me🙈

😂 I can’t even say I’m buying them for the family! I’m the only one who eats them. Last two went down the hatch this morning. Now it’s eyes front at the shops to avoid temptation.

I fail at counting calorie 1tsp oil 200 calories I can't

@Devika.R, I don’t see the measurement you mention anywhere. A tablespoon of oil, whether olive oil, coconut oil, or whatever, is around 120 calories. It’s still high, of course, but not quite as bad as you have it. That would make it 600 calories per tablespoon!
