Diet saya tidak parno sama salah satu jenis makanan tertentu. Tapi diet sehat seimbang dgn melihat makro nutrientnya (prot, lemak, karbo)
Utk loose weight paling efektif itu defisit kalori.. makanya app fat secret ini sangat membantu kita utk atur kalori yg masuk.
