早餐午餐一起吃,一整個青花菜,兩個蛋兩個地瓜,菜市場炸雞肉,搭配等等的運動,不要再胖啦!

蛋跟地瓜一起蒸,青花菜微波,可以不動火就不動,實在太熱了
