沒錯啊!重訓.有氧一起來..睡眠要充足! 這樣的方式減脂最快.身材也會比較好看..只是就是體重參考.主要量身圍.體脂肪..肌肉重量比脂肪重.所以體重不變維度縮小就是肌肉變多脂肪變少..
