Weekends are definitely my downfall! Recording food would make me more accountable. I just forget! (and I know I overeat my calories. I did get on the scale this morning however I forget what the weight was...it was up I know that for sure!I need to start planning weekends better. Wedding date is now set so I must pay attention!
