Do you snack or do you only have your 3 meals a day? I mostly only have 2 meals a day, sometimes 3 meals a day… not always

For the last 10 months I mostly eat only once a day and I cut out all carbs, sugar, dairy, I don't believe in cheat days. Where there's a will you will fine a way. Thus works for me. I am averaging 1kg per week drop.
