Start number ???? I’ve struggled with maintaining a healthy weight since I was about 16 years old when I became an emotional eater as a coping mechanism. Now I am 38. I’ve had three babies (yes, if you followed me before- we had baby number 3!) and most likely we are done having kids! This time I was motivated to start back by family pictures in October, but I really do want to get healthy and be consistent!
