Not too happy today. I am up 2 pounds. I dont get it. I exercised 7 days last week. I am not too worried right now because I am thinking it could be hormonal. I was very moody this weekend. My throat hurts and allergies are really bad too which tends to happen. I ate within my calories. So it cant be real weight. We will see how the week progresses. I am going to go to kickboxing tonight and cant wait.
