I have made the decision to ditch the scale for a few months it was starting to mess with my mental health it became an obsession.... The need to constantly weigh in to see what the number will say.... The need to always see the number drop... And If I didn't like what I saw I would get myself into such a state. The number on that scale does not define me it doesn't make me less of a person just because I weigh a certain number. To be honest I feel to live that way is not healthy at all.
