Somewhat ashamed of my lack of resolve last night - need to cut back on the wine (doesn't help that we make our own). More snow coming today and on Sunday. Hopefully I can redeem myself by shoveling a bit more.

I know what you mean about the wine. It is my downfall, and we make our own as well. 300 litres in the cantina right now, all with my name on it!!! I have limited my wine to 1 glass a week (either Saturday or Sunday) while I am on this weight loss quest. For me, it would not work any other way. As soon as I have a glass or two, I want some more, or maybe more food... Hope you have a wonderful Valentine's Day!

Nice to know I'm not the only one with this issue. My big problem is going to take place when I go on my all-inclusive 10-day vacation in April. Still debating as to if I will continue my journal entries. Hopefully FS will help me enough leading up to it that I'll want to continue, but I think it's gonna be a game time decision.
