another egg white omlette with chives and serrano ham. Day 3 workouts done, weights tomorrow, I've kept to my fasting windows so Im feeling good. Wishing you all success have a great Thursday <3

Can I ask what fasting windows do you do .. and does affect your weight sessions … I’ve tried fasting a couple of times ( and find it definitely affects doing weights )

I have a big fast on Sun/Mon then I do 18-6 fasting from 6pm ish to midday. I find I have more energy towards the end of a fast which is just as well as I prefer morning workouts (or they wont get done🤣) BTW Im only a beginner with weights 10lb dumbells working out at home. Maybe try differnt fasting times until you find your sweet spot for working out. Good luck.😉💪🏻

Thankyou for the advice … defo going to try again .. as Ive heard so many doing fasting to help weight loss ..👍
