I'm starving today. I ate breakfast then even ate 1/2 a donut at work and my stomach is growling and I still have about an hour and a half until lunch. This could be a bad food day for me. At least I got my workout in this morning. I'm not going to beat myself up too much though if I go over my calories because when my stomach is actually growling to the point of embarrassment I guess I should feed it.
