Well, I must admit I was expecting a little bit more of a weight loss but hey ho. I have lost an inch off my hips and an inch of my thighs (I'm assuming both!)so not all static. Here goes another week!

Sorry you are disappointed, but look on the bright side - you did not gain any of the weight back. Not gaining back is half the battle!
