Just for Today, I Commit to Staying on my Food Plan...without modifications.
I have been on this site so long, there was a time when we called our followers "buddies". And, people did not post food pictures all day either.
I am trying to lose about 1.5 pounds per week...it should be a hell of a lot easier that it has been! Idiot Box is just not moving as much as I hope. Time to increase the calorie expenditure in exercise.
We hate the struggle but must never give-up or accept excuses!
Calorie Deficit, Protein and Weight training....top three items!

Current Goals: * Down on the Idiot Box while rebuilding muscle * Bodyfat% reading with trainer once weight is down * Drink at least 8-10 cups of fresh water/fluids daily * Continue HIIT mixed in with weight lifting three to five days a week * Keep up the training notebook to achieve progressive overload

Lol HCB I have been on this site since 2014 or 2015, ups and downs. Really trying to get this weight off this time and keep it off. I remember this as well!!

You can do this, HCB!! You’re truly an inspiration to many of us. I’ve been on this site for years too & my weight journal looks like a roller coaster rainbow, but I finally made my goal weight & so far I’m maintaining. It’s a daily grind to plan, cook & track food & exercise, drink water, sleep, etc., etc. This site is a great supportive community even if we now have “followers” instead of “buddies.”

I'm an oldie too. I dislike all the food pictures. Probably because I look at it and think if I ate all that I'd be bid as a barn!
