I vow I won't be bothered with work this weekend. For once, I'll have a peaceful, predictable, boring weekend... how exciting!
Into my fifth week since I got back into running and has gradually increased my distance - will try to hit 12 miles total end of this week and 14 miles next.
I have to remind myself, slow but steady wins the race. Old injury is acting up but I'm optimistic it will go away. Will have to start weight training soon...
