today was weigh day, its been a month since I started and im down 5kgs...yay. . but i didn't lose this week. not a gram, not even a cm where it matters, but I remained the same which is good, I guess. I was hoping to do 6kg loss this month but ya il take the 5. now I no what not to do if I want to lose. so it is the refined foods that's not agreeing with me, but man that's the good stuff. plans for the next week is to cut down on the carbs eat whole foods, weigh the food and not use the cup measurements, and we see from there. it's a learning process for me as I've never done calorie counting before. the long hours of intermittent fasting helped to not put on weight too, phew. yes yes u didn't see any exercise in my.plans, the thought of it already makes me tired. but yeah I do need to start that as well. baby steps, one hurdle at a time. 😊 good luck to everyone for their next weigh in. this is the only time in life we want to be losers.
