Wow! Yesterday I did the P90X diet/meal plan but did not do the workout. :(. I spent 8.5 hours getting my hair braided and came home after 11 last nite. It's a good thing I ate perfect yesterday.
Ok, today is my official P90X day, I'm on the LEAN plan and did Core Synergetics this morning. I can do man pushups! Yeah! I feel stronger already. I kept up with most of the workout. I heard so many reviews about how hard it was that I was scared but it was all doable! All it took was my mind to be "ENGAGED".
Meal 1 - 3 hard-boiled egg whites, 1 whole wheat english muffin, 2 slices turkey bacon, 1 tsp organic honey. and H20 Snack - Protein Bar Meal 2 - 4 oz. yogurt, 1/2 c. raspberries, 1/4 c. granola Meal 3 - 3 oz. catfish, 1/2 tbsp. EVOO, 1/2. c. mix veggies Snack - 3 hardboiled egg whites Meal 4 - 12 large shrimp, 1/2 c. mix veggies
Let's shred this fat! My goal is to lose these last 11 pounds and get toned for our 2nd honeymoon/vacay! oh and 4 inches off waist and 4 inches of hips. Bye Bye saddle bags, hello new wardrobe!
