Another business trip... Difficult to control the diet between restaurants,limited lunch options, and business functions. But making good use of the hotel exercise room. No scale. Will see what I weigh when I get home...

I hope it works out good for you... it seems like you are at least conscious that if the choices aren't there for you that are good that you might at least try and be creative somehow to your choices to eating healthy.
