Thinking that the clothing companies are a little out of touch...I had to visit several shops yesterday to find size 8 pants that weren't too big (although I am still larger than when I wore size 10-12 thirty years ago). Then went to get a new sports top for the gym and Pilates, and according to Puma I am a Medium, and for Nike my 54 kg body is a size Large! No wonder todays teens and young people are confused about body image and expectations!
