Have woke up feeling terrible about yesterday's food choices... However Today is a new day I am sticking to my food dairy and hoping yesterday's antics burnt off them choc calories and not effected my weight, (shops should put bad food out of sight, like they do with cigs) anywayyyy... Going to find a good protein drink hopefully zero cals lol or they better be filling and not empty calories! Please be a none craving day :D
