I can't believe with all the slippage I still lost a pound this past week. The week prior it held steady so no great progress the last half of May but steady is good. Food budget has decreased about a third for the rest of the summer so was careful last Fri to buy exactly what is good for me. So I hope June shows more progress esp since I'm gonna b cranky about zero spending $.
128.4 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 60.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
