I made the BEST chicken and peppers last night! Since we can have a tbls of BBQ sauce as an extra, and unlimited mustard... I mixed that together with some H2O to make a sauce. Cut up chicken into bite sized pieces and when it was almost done, tossed some of the sauce on and continued cooking - made a GREAT glaze!! (Really good with red and yellow peppers!)
