Con solo 2 días de volver a hábitos saludables el mismo cuerpo se recupera rápidamente.
Coloco meta final para empezar a crear músculo a 65Kg.
66.9 kg Lost so far: 19.7 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
