Just ate 3 pieces of pizza...why do I still eat my feelings? :( I just feel so frustrated and stressed today...hopefully I get out for a walk...which is what I should have done in the 1st place to ease these feelings instead of filling my face...

Don't beat yourself up. Everyone gets off track. I wish there was something I could do to help. Treat yourself like you would a friend and try to not let your thoughts say bad things about you, I know this is easier said then done.

I agree... dont let one time hold you down. You recognized what you were doing and didnt let it drag on for a week which I admit I have done in the past. Try and stay focused and keep the bigger picture in mind.
