hello, not doing too well! last couple of days have been using the number of recommended Kcals, but I think it is too much, as I gained weight. So, as from today, having done some internet research, am cutting down my energy intake. It is so easy to kid myself and not accept that I must eat less! I love to eat!
Dr Phil says "you cannot change what you do not acknowledge" - I think he is right!
Another thing I am finding a problem is matching the foods on the fatsecret list with the foods we have here in South Africa when entering the foods consumed. Maybe I am under-estimating the energy content! Anyway, will not give up - again!
