Went for a run this morning (2 miles) after taking the last 2 days off. It felt really good. I didn't want to get up and run but after I weighed myself and was down to my lowest Atkins weight I was energized. :D I'm feeling pretty good about the way I look right now.
Losing weight is taking a little longer now but I'm being more lenient with myself. IE not completely beating myself up for having a high day every once in a while (as long as I also have a low day) and starting to increase average net. That and I think all that sugar free candy was stalling me a bit. I was probably WAY over my 3 artificial sugars a day limit. Whoops.
But mmmmmmmm ribs last night and leftovers for lunch! So good. Used a spice rub instead of the sugar-filled BBQ sauce and still loved them! This weekend I want to try a low carb sushi recipe that I found online. Sounded... pretty good plus I've had extra nori around for a while. Pretty excited about that!
