Crackers: If you are like me you miss having crackers with soups, stews and chili if following a low carb diet. I have tried many low carb breads and I think for the most part they are all intolerable. Now, there are some recipes to make low carb crackers, but I don't have the time or energy to do that.
So,I recently ordered Carbolicious low carb melba toast. And, I think it was pretty good. Now, it is not exactly melba toast but more of a cross between an almond flour cracker, melba toast and flaxseed.
I made a big pot of turkey chili and I have been snacking on it all week. The other great application was using the crackers with Pico de Gallo.
So four crackers about an inch round and has 1 net total carb.
PS Carls water crackers are delicious although not as low carb. But if you limit yourself you can have that light, puffy cracker taste/feel.
