yesterday didn't get much water to drink since I took dad shopping. then last night we ate at Cici's pizza. I had a salad with blue cheese dressing. then I had ordered a pizza with no sauce and hamburger, onion and green peppers. I ate just the topping. I gained .2. I am going to drink more water today. I am happy that is all I gained...hehe so todays goal is to drink more water and stay off salty foods.
