Revitalized today. Took the morning off from running but brought my resistance band to work with me. Luckily no one ever comes by my office so I can whip out a few sets of curls and what-have-you in my down time. Although the one time I decided to do push-ups I did have someone randomly show up... kinda embarrassing! Haha

Very efficient time management! It's that or play online and I think they'd rather have me do the push-ups :D But I'd laugh too if I walked in to find someone doing crunches or planks.
