I have really fell off the exercise wagon! :-(
I will get back on track this week...I am fighting some kind of virus that is causing a sore throat, slight cough, and slight congestion. My biggest problem is still eating breakfast. Any suggestions? I have never been a breakfast eater, and I am not hungry in the morning.

Perhaps a protein shake would be enough? Some brands are great even mixed with water. Forza Pro is a great one you probably can buy online.

Thanks for the ideas guys....and draglist, I don't know a lt about the intermittent fast...might look into this.
