We'll...DAMN! What a crappy day. Went to the gym..10 mins in I hurt my freaking right leg. Got all hormonal... Had flipping cramps.. Toothache... Completely out of steam.. Got into my fancy pants sports car and drove to McDonald's.. And well my food journal tells the rest... Even hit up a cadburys egg.. WTH....?.....?..?. I despise this time of month and the freaking emotional eating:( in need of my hot tub.. A leg rub mad some lortab for the tooth! Tomorrow ..dentist .. Tonight.. I think I need a good cry.
