Feeling GOOD other than a bit of tummy upset from the Z pack for strep. Boo.

Interesting... looking at my weight it was highest right after I "glutened" myself over thanksgiving! Then dropped once I got serious post-diagnosis. Feeling SO good! I DO miss working out though... done some, but NO upper body for months and not much of significance for legs. Lame. Feeling wimpy.

Reintroducing foods next week... What to start with? Coconut (yum, coconut oil and "desserts" made with coc! oh, and those frozen coc bars I haven't tried yet!), eggs (better bfast than fish!), or...???
